Grant Little is a technology and analytics pioneer in the insurance industry. He has held a variety of leadership positions over the last twenty years at AIG, Farmers, LexisNexis, and National General Insurance (an Allstate Company), where he most recently served as Chief Technology Officer. During his career he has been on the forefront of technology, being one of the first to create and commercialize an artificial intelligence into the claims process with virtual inspection known as MyClaimPics. He has overseen and helped to create the playbook for over a dozen company acquisitions and system integrations. His diverse background in technology and analytics has led to the creation and operationalization industry leading predictive models in claims optimization, fraud, and subrogation. His education includes studies in Economics and Computer Science at Samuel Ginn College of Engineering of Auburn University. He started ClaimsTech because of the exponential growth in technology has made discernment even more important. He believes thought leader communities are the modern way of learning and discovery.
Sean Gallagher is a fast rising finance and operations executive that has held a variety of leadership positions in P&C and health insurance at Liberty Mutual and National General Insurance (an Allstate Company). He was most recently appointed the Chief Operations Officer of National General's Accident and Health division. In that position, he led corporate development and M&A for numerous Carrier, Distribution, and InsureTech acquisitions totaling an excess of $100MM. Sean holds a Master of Finance degree from Boston College. He started ClaimsTech because he sees the tremendous opportunity for new product ideas by having tech innovators dialogue with insurance executives.
